Cider Cottage is a high quality self catering cottage close to Budleigh Salterton in South Devon.
The holiday cottage is attached to Lufflands Farmhouse and is in a rural location near the coast - set in an attractive courtyard with large gardens surrounding.
The open plan kitchen/dining room is well equipped, with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine.
The sitting area has a bay window, overlooking a pretty courtyard and has a colour televison and video recorder.
Cider Cottage is warm and cosy, with electric background heating and an electric fire. The cottage is ideal for winter as well as summer breaks and is built entirely on one floor, providing wheelchair access.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and Bedroom 2 has three single beds. The cottage's bathroom includes a shower.
Cider Cottage has its own courtyard garden, with patio furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing.
Lufflands also has a very large garden which guests are welcome to use. One section has beds of shrubs and herbaceous plants - perfect for relaxing during the summer evenings or resting after a day out.
The other part of the garden has swings and is a large safe area in which children can play.
