Cider Cottage has two bedrooms and is created from farm buildings that originally housed a stable, creamery and cider press.
The property is attached to Lufflands Farmhouse, which was built in the late 1600s using cob, a local Devon building material.
Situated in the beautiful and secluded hamlet of Yettington, the cottage is located three miles from Budleigh Salterton on the South Devon coast.
Cider Cottage offers accommodation for up to five people, with a cot for a baby available on request. Children are very welcome but must be properly supervised and well behaved at all times.
Built entirely on ground floor level, the cottage provides convenient access for wheelchair users.
The bay window overlooks a pretty courtyard and guests can enjoy the gardens which are accessed up a flight of steps or by the lane to the rear of the property.
Ideally situated for guests to enjoy a peaceful holiday in beautiful surroundings, the cottage is within easy reach of popular local leisure activities in the countryside.
